Bible Stories Daily Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
The short version
Bible Stories Daily has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you create stays on your device or in your own iCloud account. We run no servers and cannot see any of it.
What stays on your device and in your iCloud
The app stores the following on your device and, if iCloud is turned on, syncs it privately across your own devices through your personal iCloud account:
- Reading activity: your streak, saved stories, badges, memory-verse and reading-plan progress
- Things you write: family notes, prayer additions and Wonder Wall questions
- Voice recordings you make of yourself reading a story
- Your family name and reading preferences
Coloring pages
Coloring pages, stickers and finished pictures are saved on your device only. They are not synced or shared.
Family sharing (optional)
If you invite family members through an iCloud share link, only these items are shared with the people you invite: your family name, streak dates, saved stories, and the voice recordings you choose to share. Notes, prayers, Wonder Wall questions and coloring are never shared. Sharing is handled by Apple's iCloud; you can stop sharing or leave a family at any time.
Microphone and notifications
The microphone is used only when you choose to record yourself reading a story. Bedtime reminders are scheduled on your device.
Children
Bible Stories Daily is made for families. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children; nothing a child creates in the app is sent to us or to any third party.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes data stored on the device. To remove synced data, delete the app's data from iCloud in your device's Settings, and leave any family share you have joined.
Changes
If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised before the change takes effect.
